took many hours to complete, the principle of how to create a digital painting such as this is actually quite simple: just open an image in Adobe Photoshop CS5 or more, and use the Mixer Brush tool to drag the colors of the image around. I used a variety of the standard brushes that come in Photoshop, all with the settings "very wet, heavy mix." Of course this is just the cheater way to paint digitally. There are many artists out there capable of completing a complex digital painting starting with a blank canvas.
